Latest News Item

Beginning Monday, October 6, 2008 City Council public meetings can be viewed on The City's website at calgary.ca. The video streaming will only be activated real-time for the duration of council meetings.

Citizens can simply visit calgary.ca and click on 'Council Meeting Live Webcast'. All the tips and instructions for best viewing will also be there. This is an alternate viewing medium - citizens can still view live council proceedings on Shaw TV Channel 94 as before.

This project is part of Council's continuing commitment to improving accessibility to government and accountability with the citizens of Calgary.
